Nurse Wubbel Reaches $500,000 Settlement in Arrest Dispute
Alex Wubbel, the University of Utah Nurse who was arrested after she refused to cooperate on the illegal blood draw without a warrant has reached a settlement with the Salt Lake City Police Department. The agreement will pay Wubbels $500,000 and settle all possibilities of legal action concerning the arrest.

Law makers in Salt Lake City and throughout Utah are proposing to prosecute distracted / texting driving the same way as they treat drunk driving.
