Salt Lake City 911 Director Cited With DUI and Fired After Arrest
Scott D. Freitag the director of the Salt Lake City 911 Bureau and who also serves on the Layton City Council was arrested for DUI on January 3rd. He was driving a government car with an open container and a handgun.
